When you place an order, by clicking the ‘Send Order’ button, you agree to buy the goods in the cart. Then, you have to proceed to your identification. You compromise to supply us exact and trustworthy information. Our responsibility will not be compromised in the hypothesis where the information that you supplied would be revealed false or incomplete.
In this context or in case of lack of payment or of other one irregularities on the account, we save ourselves the right to annul the order or the customer account.
Order cancellation
Didactic Music and Schools cannot see its responsibility compromised for the nonperformance of the contract in case of unavailability of the product, of force majeure, of the disturbance or the total or partial strike particularly postal and average services of transport, communications (breakdown of the IT network etc.), flood, fire, etc.
3. PRICES
All prices shown on the website are in Euros and are inclusive of taxes. Expenses of treatment and of expedition are not included.
For all the products sent out of European Union, the price will be calculated by taxes and customs duties automatically on the invoice. Other local taxes or import duties or taxes of condition are capable of being demanded. They will be your entire responsibility, so much in terms of declarations as of payments to the authorities and organismes competent of his country. We suggest you to to be informed about these aspects from the local authorities.
Music and Schools reserves the right to modify prices. Products will be invoiced taking the in force rates as a base in the moment of the validation of orders.
4. DELIVERY

You will receive an order acknowledgment email to confirm that we have received your order. Once your order has been accepted and shipped we will also send you a dispatch notification email containing carrier information and estimated delivery dates.
The delivery will sent to the address you indicated in the moment of the validation of your order. The deliveries will not be able to be sent the weekends and holidays.
We compromise to apply all means available for the respect of the indicated delivery dates. Also, in the hypothesis where we would be informed about a delay of delivery, we compromise ourselves in warning of it in the most brief period.
In case of delivery time exceed seven (7) days, you have the possibility of cancel your order, by e-mail to the direction info@musicandschools.com. Your order will be reimbursed in the maximum space of thirty (30) following days after the receipt of the e-mail.
The reception of the goods by the client has to be submitted immediately to examination. Examine the box as soon as possible it is delivered and BEFORE the truck leaves. If there is any evidence of damage when it arrives, note it in detail with the phrase "possible concealed damage" on the bill of lading and immediately call the office for instructions before the truck leaves if at all possible. Attention, no substitution or reimbursement can be effected if the client did not issue reservations on the bill of landing in the moment of the delivery.

6. PAYMENT METHODS
Didactic Music & Schools accepts a variety payment methods:

Please note that Didactic Music& Schools does not accept cash or cheques as payment.
7. RETURNS
You have a term of 20 days from the reception of the products to exercise your right of withdrawal without justifying reasons nor paying any fine. It is necessary to write under 20 days (for example for letter, fax, e-mail) and forwarding the goods before 20 days are completed.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Music &Schools regrets not to be able to carry the shipping costs for return shipments as part of the 20-day money back guarantee.
The items returned must be in its original packaging. Please, pack the item carefully so that it will not be damaged during the shipping process. No credit will be issued for items missing components, parts, original box, packaging material, contents, accessories and/or manuals (i.e., any product not in "like new" condition.)

8. GUARANTEE
Didactic Music & Schools provides a guarantee for all damages arising during the two year guarantee period starting from the pursache date. It is necessary to be able to prove that such damages were caused by a manufacturing deficiency.
The term of guarantee of new goods is 24 months. The contractual guarantees do not protect:
- inappropriate use and handling of the products or inappropriate accessories which are not original components of the ítem.
- the faults and its consequences due to an alteration of the product
- the faults and its consequences due to an external reason
All Guarantee claims must be raised within the official (24 months ) guarantee period and with the original invoice.

9. Property reservation
Left goods remain our property up to the complete payment of the price. Lack of payment will be able to provoke the recovery of the goods. Customer accepts the risks of loss or of deterioration from the moment of the delivery of the products.
